Minecraft bedrock infested potion effect

Make it so that if you put the infested effect in commands ant give it the strenght 255 that its a 100% spawn rate of the silverfish. So that command creators finnaly have a way to make damage detection. It doesnt effect the main game because its a command variation. I hope you guys pick up the feedback. And make it possible.
