Add Royal Guards from Minecraft Dungeons

Royal Guards will only spawn in mansions (guarding them) and they will be slow but have a strong attack and they will drop netherite armor with redstone trim and a mace a new weapon that is stronger then a sword but it has a slow cooldown.
