Down grading on bedrock edition

I think personally you should be able to downgrade your Minecraft world like you can in Java because you are adding hardcore and a bunch of the YouTubers that are far have all the enchantments because in an old version you could do that and I think that should just be an option in the menu button because that would make Minecraft hardcore a lot funner on bedrock edition
