Use the brush on chickens to get feathers

The player uses the brush to get scute from an Armadillo. I think maybe the brush could also be used on a Chicken to get feathers. Logically, it makes sense for a loose feather to come off the chicken if it were brushed. This would allow the player to get feathers without killing the chicken and bring another use for the brush.

I know there is already an idea to use shears to get feathers but the shears in my opinion have enough uses at the moment while the brush needs more.

    Yes! I was thinking about this today when I thought about how hard it is to get a lot of feathers without farming/killing chickens. I also agree, it should be brushes not shears. I use my shears for plenty of things, and I only use my brush for suspicious sand because armadillos drop scutes constantly.

    I think this should also work on parrots and maybe the sniffer, since its green parts kind of look like feathers. This should work on the sheep and striders to get string, and on sea turtles to get their shell scutes. The brush should be able to interact with more than just one mob.
