(Bedrock Parity) Fishing Rod durability should be 384

In Java, fishing rods only have 64 durability to start with on a pristine fishing rod, which is too little. Bedrock fishing rods have 384 durability to start with on a pristine fishing rod. Java fishing rods should have 384 durability to start with.
