In the 3DS edition, you can find emeralds and ink sacs in weaponsmith chests. On Java Edition and Bedrock Edition, ink sacs and emeralds cannot be found in blacksmiths. Emeralds and ink sacs should be in the loot table of weaponsmiths for both Java and Bedrock.
