Allow Xbox players on their own worlds when they are banned from Minecraft

Disallowing an Xbox player from their world once they have been banned is not fair and inconsistent with other platforms and Java Edition. Xbox players once they are banned should ONLY be able to access their worlds, just like other platforms and Java Edition.
