Remove platform restrictions completely

Removing platform restrictions can allow more experiences for players such as:

  • Split screen on PCs and mobiles.
  • Minecraft Preview on Nintendo Switch and Fire Platforms.
  • Ray Tracing on other devices than Windows.
  • 4K resolution on Nintendo Switch, mobile Devices and Xbox One.
  • Import/export structures on platforms other than Windows.
  • Virtual reality on other platforms than Windows and PlayStation.
  • Touch controls on consoles and player movement with touch controls on Nintendo Switch.
  • Downgrading game versions on platforms other than Windows (Via Bedrock Launcher)
  • A free trial on iOS and iPadOS, Fire, Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X and Nintendo Switch.
  • Import/export worlds on platforms other than Windows.
