(Java Parity) Debug Mode World Type should be on Bedrock

In this world type, every block can be seen with all their possible block states.
Holding down the ALT key is required to access this mode.

The following world behaviours exist in this world type:

• It is impossible to modify the world in this world type.
• The player’s gamemode is always spectator in this world type.
• No mob of any kind can spawn at all, except for the ender dragon in the end, which cannot break any blocks.
• When entering the world in this world type, the following message is given: 

  You can look but don't touch

• The daylight cycle is disabled.
• The set biome defaults to Plains.
• Chunk ticks and random ticks do not execute.
• The debug world is the same in all dimensions.
