New banner Patterns for 1.21

We haven't had any banner pattern since a long time ago till today. Mojang should add the charged pattern, quartered, pall pattern, Crescent pattern with details: Facing up, Left , Right and also the crescent positions right left and middle. also the crescent pattern needs size changing customization. And finally the text pattern. The text pattern can be placed anywhere to ensure its only 3 big lines. And lastly that Mojang should add is the star and shield pattern from real flags. also i forgot something. the crescent part needs a star on it. 6 crescent patterns needs a star and 6 more no star
