illager or villager: Ravengers

about how illagers get really cool stuff that leaves villagers in the dust 

but I'm not here to discuss them I'm here to discuss ravangers

where do they come from?

I think ravangers should be able to spawn in plains biomes but as untamed ravagers 

that means less armor and more attack

also I think they should spawn in stables near the pillager towers.
