Make a Redstone Tick Block

This Block could changes the tick of Redstone Component with a Smithing Table like Crafting Recipe when you put a Redstone Component and Redstone dust into the Crafting Recipe of the Block than the Redstone Component becomes 1 tick faster and if you put Glowstone rather than Redstone dust The selected Component becomes 1 tick slower and a Redstone Block makes The selected Component have 0 ticks this Block can be insanely useful since Redstone Players didn’t like the Copper Bulb and Crafter change and it would solve one of Bedrock Redstone's problems which is being slower than Java Redstone it doesn’t solve all of the problems of Bedrock Redstone but Speed is one of the bigger ones and the System would make diverse Systems for Bedrock and Java Redstone
