What do you want done?
Allowing worlds that were created in new versions to be loaded in older versions of Bedrock without an external editor.
Why do you want something done?
In Java, a world created in a new version can be played in an older version usually. In Bedrock, you cannot do that without externally editing the world, as there is a world tag on Bedrock called MinimumCompatibleClientVersion. If that tag is set to, for example, 1 21 0 0 0 , then worlds loaded in Bedrock 1.21.0 cannot be loaded in any version before Bedrock 1.21.0.

This can be used to obtain discontinued features in Bedrock and/or be able to perform and execute older glitches. It can also be used for older or discontinued world experiences in Bedrock, for example, obtaining netherite hoes from piglins again or elevated chunks.
