Normal vaults should be infinitely repeatable and VERY RARELY drop cores

    Benefits:

    1. Adds replayability value to the trial chambers (no one is going to rerun them for the loot that you get from the spawners, there are better sources of emeralds and golden carrots).

    2. Increases the accessibility of the mace, while still keeping it rare enough that it feels rewarding to grind for. This helps multiplayer PvP servers by ensuring that no one player can gain a permanent advantage just from getting lucky once.

    3. Decreases the need to explore too much. In recent updates, Mojang has focused a lot on encouraging exploration, but they should keep in mind that this is not what a lot of players want, and thus offer an alternative.

    4. Maces would be renewable. As of now, maces and heavy cores can be lost to lava, and this would be a way for players to replace their gear, albeit with a heavy grind attached.

    Potential Issues:

    1. This would make diamonds renewable. I feel like vaults are not a good enough source of diamonds for this to be a problem, but if I was Mojang I would take diamonds off of the vault's loot table if I were to implement this suggestion.

    2. This could devalue the ominous vault. I disagree, because the ominous vault would still have its exclusive loot like the flow banner pattern and flow armor trim, as well as enchanted golden apples.

    I agree, but if a player gets like a stack of keys [With help of friends], then there would be no point in exploring. Just getting like stacks of loot from one trial vault? It's really a 50%, 50% though, as this idea was really good.

    I agree I have a multiplayer realm and I want to avoid world bloat from exploring the further out chambers, it'd be awesome to have renewable vaults even if the cooldown is long.

    Repeatable vaults (and repeatable ominous vaults) could potentially be a very nice alternative to villager trading. I strongly dislike villagers and thought I could avoid them in my singleplayer survival world by repeating trial spawners to get access to mending books, and i was quite disappointed to see that vaults only work once and are useless afterwards.

    I completely agree its unfair that it is possible (even while unlikely) to make a minecraft world and get 0 maces after exploring every trial chamber and doing every ominous vault
