Slimes spawned from Oozing shouldn't drop Slimeballs

Simply put, I think this is the best way of balancing the Oozing effect. Currently, slime farms are made ridiculous by the Potion of Oozing but that is unavoidable without ruining the effect of the potion.

This also means it would feel appropriate if the recipe was changed to use a Slimeball instead of a Slime Block, as you wouldn't be getting any slime back from the potion itself.
