New biome: ice cave.

This is a beautiful biome that can be found beneath cold biomes and snowy mountains. I know that Minecraft does not want to match the generation of caves with the surface biomes, so their appearance would be similar to that of ancient cities, which appear under mountains, but not always, ice caves would appear in cold biomes but they wouldn't always, there is a chance for you to find them.
In this biome we find a new type of stalactite, ice stalactites and their respective block of ice stalactites, with their gigantic generations they would look beautiful.
