/setRedstoneImpulse <radius> <type> to activate Redstone

A command that activates all redstone blocks (pistons, dispenser, etc.) and dusts or the selected redstone block(type) in the radius for 1 tick. If no radius is given it activates all of them in the current loaded chunks.
