Custom skin visibility

I think that Mojang should add a feature for the next coming update to allow custom skins on all platforms, not just pocket edition. I also think that Minecraft should add a feature to where you can submit your custom made skin so that it can be reviewed and added to the trusted skins list, i think it’s a bit too much that you have to turn off “only allow trusted skins” in the settings to see other custom skins and potentially see disturbing skins.
