Bring back music disc dog in 1.21 because it has nice music

Music dog should have a new texture and it won’t be replacing music disc cat and music disc dog will be the music disc for 1.21 and maybe c418 should say sorry for removing it because it’s a relaxing music disc also music disc dog will be added in snapshot 24w14a and 1.20.80 and 1.20.80.25/26.
