Dear Mojang I have played minecraft pocket edition my whole life I remember when it was free in the app store, the nether reactor core was a thing, and you couldn't even wear armor in creative mode. I've seen just about every update to PE and I can't wait to see many more in the future. I've built lifelong friendships because of this game and for that I thank you beyond words.
1.20.71 completely overhauled the D-pad the slight change where the buttons are too far apart means you can't glide your finger to the next button. I can't even fly right in creative anymore to the point that the game has become unplayable. I understand you want to make the game easier for new players, but try not to lose your old ones. It's funny how something so small can impact everything.
If there is anything you can do for example making an option to return to the original d-pad it would mean everything to me as well as all the other people who have posts that share my concerns.
