Improve renewable redstone rates in 1.21

One of the main reason raid farms became so popular with the tech community was the amount of redstone you got.

Witch farm rates suffered with Caves & Cliffs, because they're now so much higher in the world, so those Redstone farming rates dropped significantly.

Can you throw the tech community a bone and make renewable redstone better again? Perhaps buffing witch hut spawn rates again to at least match pre-Cave and Cliffs rates?
