Redstone features in 1.21, specifically the amazing copper bulb

So, we all know the copper bulb, and no, this isn't me saying you revert the delay, but instead a cool idea to reference the real world! The copper bulb oxidises over time, and copper oxide is a worse conductor than copper because thankfully, oxygen is not a conductor. This is already shown in game with lower light levels the more oxidised the copper bulb is, but I think it could also have 1 extra tick of delay per oxidation stage: The unoxidised copper bulb will have no delay. The weathered copper bulb will have 1 tick of delay. The exposed copper bulb will have 2 ticks of delay. And the fully oxidised copper bulb will have 3 (or 4) ticks of delay. This will give the copper bulb an interesting niche without taking away what is already there. Thank you, please add this to the game! A fan of minecraft (:
