So right now, the Wind Charged effect only has one use... It spawns a wind burst when the effected entity dies. You can brew the potion using a Breeze Rod. I dunno about you, but to me that doesn't sound very useful outside of being a hazard for Trial Chambers. It has no real purpose for the player, and it can't even be used for PvP. Why be able to brew it in the first place if it serves no practical use?
For this reason, I propose that it gets an extra ability to make it not only threatening in the Chambers, but ALSO useful for the player to make themselves! This could easily be done by making entities effected by Wind Charged immune to fall damage. It would go along nicely with the Wind Charge and the Mace, and since its a limited-time potion effect it wouldn't replace Feather Falling.
