New projectile crafted with the wind charge and gunpowder

I think it would be cool if mojang added a new recipe in which you surround a wind charge with gunpowder, which crafts the explosive charge. When thrown, it explodes on impact and deals damage to players and entities. You would also be able to brew a potion with it. When you drink the potion, upon death, you would explode like a creeper.
