Ominous Event For Nether/End

Thanks to the newest mechanic added in Snapshot 24W11A with the Ominous Events, Developers could use this to add the Hovering inferno Mob that lost the mob vote long ago to the Phantom, For The End dimension the ominous event could be added at a way later date whenever the devs choose to update the end, rhey could add an end storm, small gust of purple wind that push the player around, making it harder to loot end cities
