Previously called function copy_nbt inside item_modifiers, could set any nbt tag to a value of a storage.
Now with the replacement, the copy_custom_data can only set nbt inside the custom_data component.
Add a target to the function like it was with the copy_nbt function
I made a bug report for this, but this was marked invalid for some reason.. But it is a removed feature we could do with copy_nbt! see MC-269060 for more info including images & datapack examples!
