New Mob: Fairy

A Fairy would be like villagers, regarding interactivity. Fairies will use the same magic the Enderdragon uses to heal, but to heal you (as long as you feed them mushrooms). After being fed mushrooms, the fairy will have a 0.1% chance of dropping fairy Powder. Fairy powder will be used to either consume and gain “Leap” or 4 Fairy powder surrounding one Diamond Block will craft a Mob Barrier that protects one chunk from mobs spawning.
