Legacy D-Pad option

Add an option for bedrock/mobile users to continue using the older model of the touch screen D-Pad. Despite customizable controls, it is often not possible to move the new d-pad to the same position as the old version. Hit boxes between the buttons do not allow for sliding movements, while the joystick models do not allow for precise movements. As well, the additional buttons for flying and issues with swimming have made it hard for some players to adjust to the old model, and the additional buttons in the joystick models pose similar adjustment issues.
