Defusable TNTs

We all know that Minecraft TNTs, once signaled, will blow everything up. And there is no going back. This is usually the result of a small misplacement in mines and machines. But what if we could defuse TNTs? It would be a great update for minecraft because the deaths would be decrease' We couldnt destroy the wrong place! So how do we defuse it? If you've ever seen an action movie, you've seen them defuse bombs by cutting the wires with a scissor or a knife. My idea is to add one more feature to the shears item and use it as a tool to defuse bombs
