Starlink and port-forwarding.

People who use Starlink as their internet provider experience the inability to port-forward when making their minecraft servers due to the way Starlink handles their IPV4 addresses. I would highly like to suggest creating a way around this issue that many people are having to run into now. If this gets read, I highly appreciate the time! Thank you!
