New payment method (for Brazil).

Hello, I would like to suggest a new payment method for users who are purchasing access to Minecraft Java & Bedrock on their computer. The payment method itself is known as "boleto banking" here in Brazil, which can be accessible to people who, despite not having a credit card, still have the money necessary for the purchase (physical notes/live notes, whatever you want to call them). Payment of the bank slip can normally be made at banks and lottery and it takes around 48 hours for payment to be confirmed. I understand that there is a whole protocol to introduce new payment methods for purchasing Minecraft, but this method can make it much easier for people to access the game when purchasing it.
