New mace combat mechanic: Punishment for Mace Misuse

We all know that the mace is a little op, so i propose a punishment for missing a mace attack from the highs or if your opponent blocks it with a shield. The idea is that when you miss an attack from the highs using a mace it would give you back a (for instance) 25% of the charged damage or, if your opponent blocks your attack with its shield, this time it will give you back the 50% of the attack damage. I think this would make the 1.21 pvp fairer.

    Um... They already HAVE a punishment for missing the attack. Its called "fall damage."
