(Bedrock Edition) RawText in scoreboard display name

In the Bedrock edition scoreboard, the objective display name can only be set in BASIC strings.
However, if the Raw JSON text format can be used, as in the Java edition, the benefits are immeasurable, such as the ability to localize using "translate", "with".
