Screen resolution and add more options for Minecraft's new shaders

It would be good to have a way to change the screen resolution for slower cell phones, it would help a lot to reduce it by at least 50%. Another idea would be to disable and activate single options, like, only activate the shadows and disable other options to further increase performance.
