Minecraft gameplay official modifier website or 'Minecraft Mods'

My idea is a website for the Modders of the Minecraft community so they can upload there mods to the website and the code for the mod will be translated into both a java mod and a bedrock mod but the Modders can't control if its java or bedrock it's the person who visits the website to get the mod to either chose bedrock or java and it will be sent to the game via the individuals Microsoft/Minecraft account and every mod is free
