Add option to disable sudden reactions (wolves endermen etc.)

It's really hard because some people with sensory triggers and needs play minecraft and then have wolves getting angry and endermen going HISSSSSSSS which is really frightening and ends up putting them off playing survival. I know that Xbox Game Studios care about accessibility and this is something that I feel must be addressed.
