Flow Banner Pattern Redesign

The flow banner pattern doesn’t seem useful in its current state. Being a centered swirl it isn’t helpful as a banner pattern. An alternative is to create some swirling border design. This could lead to allowing players to be more creative with banners and it being more useful. Another way you could make this more useful is making the swirl take up the entire banner, this would also lead it to be more defined on shields. The action that I am asking to be taken is to change the flow banner design to be more creative and useful with the banner creation process.
