Add Raids on Pillager Outposts and Woodland Mansions

Add Raids to Pillager structures such as the Pillager Outposts and Woodland Mansions. This feature would encourage exploration and going to these structures. To start a Raid on a Pillager Outpost or Woodland Mansion you would blow a goat horn in a 50 block raidious from the structure with 2-12 players in your chunk which would be on your team in the Raid. The goal of the Raid is to kill all Illagers and non Illager allies and loot the structure in the Raid. Maps for the structures can be bought from Cartographer Villagers. 15 Emralds for the Outpost maps and 30 Emralds for the Woodland Mansion maps from a top level Cartographer Villager.

  Sounds kind of like just defeating a woodland mansion normally except there’s “teams” whatever that means.
