More MACE functions

A suggestion for the new mace.
I think there should be an extra slot on the anvil to place the mace so that when it is placed, the overly expensive rule is disabled and at the same time reduces the xp price by 10%.

  A mace would be required to use an anvil, but the bonus only applies when the mace is above 240 durability.
