Please make us able to use Classic Skins offline on Minecraft Bedrock

Right now when using a custom classic skin on Minecraft Bedrock: Edition the skin doesn't save when playing offline. This is incredibly annoying and makes no sense, because you're required to upload your skin file from your device. Why do we have to be online for this to work? Please make custom skins usable when offline.
