Allow the mace to fire wind charges with right click.

Wind charges are really hard to farm so far, but they add a lot of options for movement and interaction with the world. The mace being able to launch wind charges with its right click would allow players to make use of wind charges more freely and would be balanced due to the rarity of the mace’s crafting materials.
