Being a new weapon type, here are some ideas for possible enchantments for the mace.
Lightweight I-III:
Increases jump-height to a min of 0.5 at level 1 and a max of 2.5 at level 3. Can jump normally by holding crouch and jumping. Also reduces fall-damage of user scaling on levels. Cannot be applied with Heavy-Duty.
Heavy-Duty I-III:
Increases damage scale of heavy/falling attacks. Or it could apply a slowness effect to the target and nearby entities. It would also slow the attack speed of the user depending on level. Cannot be applied with Lightweight
Blunt I-V:
Increases base damage of mace.
Knockback:
Not a new enchantment but should be applicable for normal hits as well as the spread of entities being pushed in an aoe from a heavy attack.
Rebound I-III:
Allows player to bounce back up 20/35/50% of total jump height. Cannot be applied with Aftershock.
Aftershock:
Applies another instance of base damage after a delay from the heavy attack. Cannot be applied with Rebound
