Make Launcher updates optional

Make the automatic updates for the Minecraft Launcher optional. It can be extremely annoying to players playing with a slow connection. Another suggestion would also be making latest version of Minecraft updates optional (ex. You have 1.20.1: outdated) and it still downloads like 50mb every so often.
