Spinning gear block

If the name does not give the idea, I will explain. The spinning redstone block would be a new redstone block able to rotate blocks attached to it. This item could be used to make more accurate TNT cannons, drawbridges, WORKING windmills, steerable flying machines, etc.

It would probably be crafted like this:

Iron-quartz-iron

piston-redstone-piston

iron-quartz-iron

(quartz is because it is mainly useless but also is used for observers.)
