Ocelot skin, new armor type, and possibly new weapons?

Throughout the course of Minecraft, many animals don't really have a lot of ideas implemented with them. And one that is severely underappreciated is the first of feline companion; the ocelots. These speedy cats are found in jungles and in the older versions were how you got cats. With their ability to scare phantoms and creepers, what more can you want? I got a few ideas. First off, and as much as I hate the idea on how cruel it may seem...a new armor set. This would require the skin of a ocelot and be crafted just the same as other armour variants or even has its own recipe with it surrounding leather armour. This would buff leather armour, making you move high speeds but at the cost of less durability. And considering how low your chances are on find ocelots and for those complesionist out there, this could be a nice challenge. Next, banner types too or a unique carpet pattern? It would look real funky seeing a banner with orange n black spots hanging from your bases' foundation or have it on your floor making it more funky as well. Next and finally last, some weapons that feature the speed of an ocelot and it's natural born prey; creepers. I want a short of mallet or mace with the skin of an ocelot on it that naturally does more damage to creepers. And with each successful critical hit, you gain speed or strength.
