Add Captcha to display name change to prevent bots from sniping names.

For years people (mostly online organizations such as Lego Claimer) have been using bots to "snipe" names as soon as they become available. After a name is claimed, they resell them to other people who want "rare" names. All I request for the community is to add a Captcha bot to prevent people from using bots to take names.
