Community chosen mob votes/updates.

Theres been a lot of controversy about the Mob Vote recently, and I for one like the Vote.  However, I think it could be heavily improved.  An idea I have had is instead of Mojang choosing the Mobs to vote for, I think it would be cool if there was maybe three or four days where people could submit ideas of mobs, then at the end of the time, Mojang picks their favorite three and thats what we vote on.  Also I think updates could be improved upon in a similar fashion.  Something like people submit ideas of updates, then Mojang picks one, or we vote on three.
