Redstone drill

This redstone componetlook like a partial block with a drill sticking out of the end. The drill wound extent a little and drill trough the block in front if it. It could face any direction. It would Breck blocks and drop the item like it was mined with fist, but you can craft different variants that would act like the block was mined with another tool, like hoe or pickaxe.
