New update: plants/crops

hello Minecraft!! I love all the new ideas and additions to the 1.21 update (or possibly whatever comes after that lol) and I would like to propose a suggestion. I personally genuinely dislike the cross-grid plant and crop texture and I think it would be really cool to give them a little more dimension. I'm talking mushrooms, crops, flowers.... the whole shebang. I think that this idea could have loads more potential such as also then being able to add more detail and character to them.
