Blurry background UI for Bedrock Edition (Java Parity)

In the latest snapshot (24w09a), Java has a really new and impressive blurry user interface going on the background. And honestly, it works perfect for Bedrock as well (especially with the new Bedrock design). I think they should bring this blurry bg to Bedrock Edition as well and it fits perfectly with the brand new UI/screens that they're working incredibly hard on them. Also for the end poem screen which display the end gateway texture instead of that boring old-school dirt background
